To administer Group Calling Members from the System Programming console or through System
Programming and Maintenance (SPM):

1. Press Menu.
2. Press System Program.
3. Press Exit or Start.
4. Press Extensions.
5. Press More or Right Arrow Key.
6. Press Grp Calling.
7. Press Members.
8. Dial calling group extension number.
9. Press Enter.
10. Dial the extension number you want to administer.
11. Press Enter to add the extension to the group OR Delete to remove it from the group.
12. Press Exit or Back.
13. Press Home or Exit to exit programming mode.
