PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
WinSPM is a Windows-based
System Programming and Maintenance program for the MERLIN LEGEND and
MERLIN MAGIX systems which provides:
- Convenient access to current system information.
- The ability to make comprehensive, real-time changes from a PC
interface.
- Centralized programming of multiple LEGEND/MAGIX systems located
at different sites.
- WinSPM's familiar graphical user interface shortens the learning
curve and provides point-and-click control, to help your business
setup and use your MERLIN LEGEND or MERLIN MAGIX system to maximum
advantage.
COMPATIBILITY:
WinSPM is compatible with all
versions of MERLIN LEGEND. and MERLIN MAGIX.

WinSPM R6 to R7 Patch:
This is the WinSPM R7.0 upgrade patch. This
1.8MB upgrade program will ONLY upgrade WinSPM 6.0.
Other versions of WinSPM will need to use the full WinSPM 7.0 CD to
upgrade, or use the incremental patches previously released. This is
self-extracting zip file that will have to be decompressed before
executed. You MUST have WinSPM R6.0 to use this upgrade!! This
release will support Merlin MAGIX 2.2 and previous releases of Merlin
MAGIX and Merlin Legend. You will need to upgrade from WinSPM R6 to
WinSPM R7 in order to convert files from previous releases of Merlin
Magix and Merlin Legend to Merlin Magix R2.2. WinSPM is also
compatible with Windows 2000. This file does not include Label MAGIX
or other packages that tell you about future product intentions. These
packages are included on the CD that is available from the CIC.
The winspm6-7.reg file resolves a problem where the upgrade did
not recognize that WinSPM R6 was installed. After downloading both
files, run this registry file first, then continue with the upgrade
patch.

WinSPM R5 to R6 Patch:
This is the WinSPM upgrade to R6.0. This is

upgrade!! This release will support Merlin MAGIX 2.1 and previous
releases of Merlin MAGIX and Merlin Legend. You will need to upgrade
from WinSPM R5 to WinSPM R6 in order to convert files from Merlin
MAGIX R1-R1.5,R2.0 to R2.1, and to upgrade Merlin Legend systems to
Merlin MAGIX R2.1. WinSPM is also compatible with Windows 2000. This
file does not include Label MAGIX or some other packages that tell you
about future product intentions. These packages are included on the CD
that is available from the CIC.

R2.0, and to upgrade Merlin Legend systems to Merlin MAGIX R2.0.
