This is a self extracting program that will copy the following 
files into c:\temp\ 
 
winspm.exe
Winspm.w02	
winspm.w03
winspm.w04
Winspm.w05	
winspm.w06
winspm.w07
winspm.w08
winspm.w09
winspm.w10

This Patch will upgrade WinsPM from Release 2.0 to 3.0 build A069. 
You must aleady have Winspm Version 2.0 loaded on your C: drive.

To run this patch, [start],[run], C:\temp\winspm

After running this patch, it is recommended that you run the vA069-v2170 patch. 
Floppy Installs - These can be downloaded and moved onto floppies.
Very Important! -
Some files may want to download with the incorrect file name.  
If you see a file name like : WinSPM(1).W04  
BEFORE you save the file, remove the (1) from the file name so it saves as : WinSPM.W04
