book is intended for the MERLIN LEGENDŽ telephone user who is part
of a calling group or who supervises a calling group. This book
covers all calling group activities, such as Auto Login, Auto
Logout, Call Queues, Calling Group Hunt Type, monitoring or
changing agent status, monitoring calls in queue, signing in and
out of a calling group, and using a headset. Programming and
feature codes are included. The following types of analog
telephones can be used in a calling group: BIS-22D, BIS-34D, and
the MERLIN. II System Display Console. Users with these types of
telephones should have the MERLIN LEGENDŽ Release 2.0 Analog
Multiline Telephones User's Guide (555-620-120) in addition to
this book. The following types of MLX telephones can be used in a
calling group: MLX-28D and MLX-20L. Users with these types of
