An Intercom Autodial button can be programmed on you phone for one associate or all (depending on what type of phone you currently have). This button can be used to see when someone is on the phone or can also be used to intercom this person using the one-touch Intercom Auto Dial Button.

1. LABEL THE BUTTON YOU WANT TO PROGRAM
2. SLIDE THE T/P SWITCH ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE DOWN

   Phone will ring

3. TOUCH THE BUTTON YOU HAVE LABELED
4. DIAL [*] [6] plus the two digit extension number of the associate this button is to represent.
5. RETURN THE T/P SWITCH BACK TO THE CENTER POSITION.

Using

To place an intercom call using this feature, touch Intercom, then touch the Intercom Auto Dial button for the person you want to reach. The green light beside the Intercom Auto Dial button tells you if that telephone is busy, and flashes rapidly when that person calls you on intercom.
