How to set the Merlin system for Touch-Tone or Rotary signals.

The merlin 206 and 410 has a Tone/Pulse switch located in the center of the control unit near the top of the Unit. Move the switch to the left for Tone or right for Pulse. If a dust cover is attached, you will need to remove it to see the switch.

The merlin 820 has a Tone/Pulse switch labeled on the Control Unit, located in the front, left center of the unit. It's the third switch below the power and warning lights. You may need to remove the dust cover if one is attached.

Note: Check one of the lines to see if moving the switch changed the dialing service. If it stayed the same, power down the system for ten seconds and power back up.
