All the lights on my phone are flashing and the phone is
constantly ringing. What is the problem?
On most occurances the T/P switch on the left side of the phone
is inadvertantly pushed up in the Test postion. Move the T/P
switch down to the center position on the left side of the phone.
This should correct this problem.
