Partner ACS 3.0 Remote Administration Dial-out problems patch

This Quality Protection Plan Change Notice may be applied to PARTNER. ACS R3.0 customers that have experienced a dial-up problem with the Remote Administration Application software.

Problem Symptom:
Experience a dial-up problem with the PARTNER. ACS R3 Remote Administration application. Unable to dial-out from the PC modem. When tryng to place a call out via the remote admin application, the application opens up the following error message box:

The connection to the PARTNER modem was not established.

Problem Fix:
The control.dll library file shipped with the PARTNER. Remote Administration application must be replaced. Download the control.dll file below and follow the installation instructions in the readme.txt file.

Control.dll 170K This library is located in the applications installation directory. Typically the installation directory is in the Program Files folder and is called PARTNER. ACS 3.0 Remote Administration. Customers must reinstall this control.dll library file to correct the problem.
