Change Notice may be applied to PARTNER. ACS R3.0 customers that have
experienced a dial-up problem with the Remote Administration Application
software.
Problem Symptom:
Experience a dial-up problem with
the PARTNER. ACS R3 Remote Administration application. Unable to
dial-out from the PC modem. When tryng to place a call out via the
remote admin application, the application opens up the following error
message box:
The connection to the
PARTNER modem was not established.
Problem Fix:
The control.dll library file
shipped with the PARTNER. Remote Administration application must be
replaced. Download the control.dll file below and follow the
installation instructions in the readme.txt file. |
