Avaya Inc., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, 
hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license under which you may:
use this file on only one machine at any time; make a backup copy 
of this file; transfer possession of this file to another party; along 
with a copy of this license and all rights to the original unaltered 
copy of the software and documentation.

Under this license you may not:  use, copy, modify or transfer copies of 
this file, except as provided in this license; alter, modify, or adapt this 
software, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, 
disassembling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works;
reverse assemble or reverse compile this offer; or sublicense, rent, lease, 
sell, or assign this software for monetary consideration.

Warranty

The software and documentation are not warranted and are provided by Avaya
as is.

Limitation of Remedies

Avaya' entire liability under this license is as follows:
Avaya warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the 
date of delivery to the customer, as evidence by the billing date of the 
Right-To-Use invoice, that the software logic will function as described in the appropriate Read me text file.  
However, Avaya does not warrant that the functions contained in 
the software will meet the purchaser's requirements or that the 
operation of the software will be error free. 


Avaya will not be liable for any lost profits 
or lost savings, or any incidental damages or other economic consequential
damages, even if Avaya or its authorized supplier has 
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Avaya
will not be liable for any damages claimed by you
based on any third party claim.


General

You may terminate your license at any time. Avaya may 
terminate your license if you fail to comply with terms and conditions 
of this license. In either event, you must destroy all your copies of 
this software. Neither party may bring action, regardless of form, more 
than two years after the cause of action arose. If you acquired this software 
in the United States, this license is governed by the laws of the state of 
New Jersey. Otherwise, this license is governed by the laws of the country 
in which you acquired the software.

Copyright

The Avaya-provided data and software on this media including 
all portions thereof, except where expressly stated otherwise, are protected 
by copyright and other laws respecting proprietary rights. Unauthorized 
reproduction, transfer, and/or use may be a criminal, as well as civil, 
offense under applicable law.
